- We walk through your business, the tools you use today, and what's broken

- You review, we iterate — typically 1–2 rounds before build starts

- Build happens in your shared project board — issues move from Backlog → In Progress → Review
- Weekly 15-minute demo call (recorded) showing what shipped that week

- Preview URL available throughout — no black-box surprises at launch

- Final QA pass on production domain
- DNS cutover at a time you pick (usually 6pm Charlotte time to avoid disruption)
- Analytics + monitoring turned on
- 30-minute walkthrough so you know how to update content, check reports, handle support

Retainer + Iteration

- Monthly hours (6 / 18 / 36 / 80 depending on tier) applied to edits, new features, content updates, optimization
