Discovery Call

Week 0

15–30 minutes · free

  • We walk through your business, the tools you use today, and what's broken
  • We quote a package (Essentials / Growth / Enterprise / Flagship) or scope an à la carte build
  • If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you elsewhere

Kickoff + Scoping

Week 1

3–5 days

  • Contract signed, first invoice paid
  • Access handoff: domain, hosting, Google Workspace, any tools we'll integrate with
  • Shared workspace set up — Linear/GitHub issue board + Slack or WhatsApp channel
  • Roadmap document drafted with weekly milestones you can track

Design + Architecture

Week 1–2

3–7 days

  • Figma mockups for key pages or app screens (or sketch-level if the spec is tight)
  • Database schema, API design, and integration map for web-app work
  • Brand pass if you don't have a design system yet
  • You review, we iterate — typically 1–2 rounds before build starts

Build + Weekly Demos

Weeks 2–6

Varies by scope

  • Build happens in your shared project board — issues move from Backlog → In Progress → Review
  • Weekly 15-minute demo call (recorded) showing what shipped that week
  • You flag anything that feels off in real time, we course-correct next week
  • Preview URL available throughout — no black-box surprises at launch

Launch

Launch day

Same-day cutover

  • Final QA pass on production domain
  • DNS cutover at a time you pick (usually 6pm Charlotte time to avoid disruption)
  • Analytics + monitoring turned on
  • 30-minute walkthrough so you know how to update content, check reports, handle support

Retainer + Iteration

Month 2+

Ongoing

  • Monthly hours (6 / 18 / 36 / 80 depending on tier) applied to edits, new features, content updates, optimization
  • Monthly reporting on traffic, conversions, performance
  • Quarterly strategy review — what's working, what to change, what to build next
  • Same builder, same number, same response time
